We decided to bring the servers in house and build a bigger network around them in light of what we are seeing hit the market.
Look out. Home Safari is going live right when the mobile web is about to be rediscovered!

I think realtors and associations need to vote with their dollars.

Buy the competition, yes it is expensive to change, but honestly, the other company that makes electronic lock boxes (I will not name them, but I think we all know) is more compatible with modern technology and works with iphone, blackberry, winmobile, et cetera. Holds more room in the pocket, can be charged at home by agents, and if it does run out of battery, can be hooked up to USB to be emergency opened by the owner of the box.

The problem is boards and the fact people have invested 100+ dollars per unit with a lot of units in office.

However, we upgraded the first time from the old contact plate units, why not upgrade again to something that, I don’t know, works?

I am one of many who want this feature NOW… GE.. please make the app now so we can upgrade our phones! As a realtor, I and 1000’s of others want to be on top of technology, and this is holding us back.

Launch obviously delayed…

The economy plus a few data importing issues gave us a flat month in both Sept and Oct.

Hi John.

Thanks for the feedback. We’ll be adding the Seattle area listings hopefully this week and fixing up the search fields. Web-based apps can’t pull in the location just yet except for the latest iPhone, so we’ll add that as we can.

For the capture list, I am interpreting your feedback as maybe we should offer some instructions there while it is empty on what it is for. This is the buyers workzone for rating, notation, sharing with realtor etc.

I’d definitely try this again if it gets listings for my area soon since I’m home-shopping

On G1
+ Quick response

- The girl on landing page is cute, but takes too much space.

- Capture list has irrelevant items and space should be used to help me get started.

- Search has empty last box, so not obvious what to enter.

- Drag to have to enter the location instead of getting it from the device.

- Don’t see any privacy policy

- No results for 98103, so don’t think I can give any more feedback.
